This Privacy Policy explains how DiPro collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with the Fix_My_Day website, platform, mobile applications, and the current beta release of the service.
Fix_My_Day is committed to handling personal data in a transparent and security-conscious manner. Depending on how the service is used, this may include account details, booking information, business profile data, operational settings, and communications related to customer support or service administration.
Information may be used to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, support timetable management, enable booking workflows, respond to support requests, communicate service-related notices, and protect the security, integrity, and reliability of the platform.
Fix_My_Day does not sell, rent, trade, license, or disclose private, customer, booking, or business data to third-party services for their own independent processing, analytics, advertising, profiling, marketing, or resale. The core service is designed so that customer and business data are not made available to unrelated third-party services for external processing.
If disclosure is ever required by applicable law, binding legal process, or to protect the rights, security, or integrity of the service, only the minimum necessary information will be disclosed. If you voluntarily use an external sign-in method or integration made available through the service, the relevant provider may process the minimum authentication or integration data required for that feature under its own terms.
Where applicable under data protection law, Fix_My_Day processes personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps requested by the user, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where a specific activity requires consent.
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operation of the service, account administration, security, support, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations. When data is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived in accordance with applicable retention requirements and backup cycles.

Fix_My_Day does not intentionally transfer customer or business data to unrelated third-party services outside the EEA for external processing. If an international transfer becomes necessary in the future, DiPro will apply the safeguards required by applicable law, which may include an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Fix_My_Day does not use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects for individuals as part of the core beta service.
The website currently uses only limited browser storage and strictly necessary preference handling, such as language selection and secure access support. Fix_My_Day does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking technologies as part of the current website experience.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or operational practices. The current version published on this page will apply from its publication date unless otherwise stated.
